

All of our orders have a tracking number, which you'll be provided with via email when your order is shipped.
Orders are sent via Australia Post for security and speed of delivery.
Once we receive your order, we will start processing it straight away! All orders are processed within one
to four business days, and then shipped to you, according to your preferred shipping method.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment
and a tracking number.
GiJaBell's does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. If you seek further information about any bridal accessories you wish to order, please get in touch with us before purchase, and we will be happy to assist.
We take the greatest of care with all our bridal accessories, headpieces, and jewelry and ensure that all orders are packaged safely. On the infrequent occasion that an order arrives to you damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it or issue a store credit to the equivalent value.
To return an item:
* Items not sent back within 10 days of the shipping date will not be eligible for a credit.
** Items which are damaged or used when received by Simona Bridal will not be eligible for a credit.
